On the original scheduled date, I called three times to get information. No one called me back even though I was told by the woman I spoke with that I'd get a call. I stayed home all day waiting. No one ever called with time of arrival or to reschedule. On Oct. 19th, I got a call asking me give them a second chance, so I rescheduled for today, Oct. 24th. As of 5:30 PM, no one has called me and no one has shown up. Therefore, they are in breach of contract once again. I left a voice mail re: getting my original $80 deposit back. Hopefully I will hear from someone tomorrow. I tried to leave "no stars" but the questionnaire wouldn't let me. So, am I happy with their services? Hell NO. Contractor did come back to see what was done to help alleviate the issue I decided not to use them.

"Representative went out to see what was needed to get done, unfortunately the whole garage door jamb had to be replaced and she only wanted only wanted to repair a small portion of the jamb. We offered to help by installing new garage door jamb. Customer was very nice at the time of our inspection and desired not to replace the whole jamb at this time so the contract was never commenced and we never charged her a deposit. There was no breach of contract by Cavalry due to we never accepted the project, we are very sorry for this experience, at Cavalry we strive for customer service and excellence."

They had to get my wooden side tables into the bedroom. It had to go around a wall that was blocking the entranceway. The bedroom suite was a family heirloom and everyone I spoke to said throw it out, until I met Cavalry. They were very clever in breaking it apart to get into the room and put screws in it so I could get it out again. After they put it back together they saw the floor was uneven and instead of ignoring it they raised it on a block to level it and attached it to the wall so it wouldn't fall on my head. They were very thorough and pleasant to deal with and made a real problem of mine disappear. Most of the carpenters I contacted wouldn't touch it. Bravo to them!

Peter and Jeffery did a great job of removing our old cooktop and oven and installing the new ones. They had to work on the oven cabinet because the new ovens were about 10" taller than the old one. They cut down a cabinet door above, and did a beautiful job. I can't tell that the door was cut down at all! Peter fixed a loose electrical receptacle box for me as well. Thank you Peter and Jeffery! I will use them in the future.

Replaced a garbage disposal and performed the service in a very professional manner. He also did not say the cost would be higher than the estimate because of extra pipes or a clean-out of the other pipes. Would call Peter in the future.

Did not require cabinets. Had panels made for the doors on a new built in refrig.. Peter sub contracted work but over saw project. End result was very good.Peter made a final check on work and did some touch-up on paint. Both Peter and the sub contracter were courteous and knowledgable. Would recommend.

Skylight - Install
While Peter was up on the roof installing the skylight he noticed a leak in the roof and was able to incorporate fixing the leaking roof into his installation project without me having to call another contractor.

"It is unfortunate that this customer feels that way. This customer called me back for repeat work 5 times for work. The problem was when the customer bounced two checks with me near the end of the project. I completed everything and the customer was satisfied with my work. Then came time to settle the payment and the customer told me that I failed to put my additional work in writing and that I would have to take her to court. I waited and tried to resolve this with the customer and I was able to collect the money owed from the checks feel this is a rating is wrong and I'm posting pictures of my work from this job on my site. Thank you"
