I hired Cavinder Construction to replace & expand my deck. This was a large project on a challenging property. Dave did a great job of understanding our needs & concerns and built a beautiful, customized deck to fit our lifestyle. The crew was personable & professional and communicated well throughout the process. Plus, it came out very close to budget despite adding some extras.

I hired Cavinder Construction to replace a stairway to my cellar. Dave and help mate,Lexie, were great to work with and the workmanship was topnotch. I found the estimate presented to me to be reasonable. When the job was completed the final cost was actually less than the original estimate. A nice surprise. Highly recommend and look forward to working with Cavinder Construction as future projects come up.

Dave was great to work with, informed us of each step, called and showed up as promised. Love the suggestions for a completely new patio seating area. Costs were really very reasonable. Cleaned up everything around the area as well. Looking forward to another project in the spring with him. Great job!!

I have hired him for several projects around my home and he goes above and beyond my expectations. He's a very hard worker and his prices are more than reasonable considering his quality.
