Cearbaughs Lawn and Landscaping

Cearbaughs prepared our yard and planted seed on June 18, 2020, contracted through our builder. After 6 weeks the yard looks terrible. They obviously used cheap grass seed because there is crabgrass and ryegrass coming up throughout the entire yard. The straw was scattered by hand and very unevenly which has resulted in patches where no grass is growing.

These guys have been maintaining my lawn for a few years now. They are AWESOME! The work is great, they are very friendly and professional, and very reasonable. Derrick has been accommodating to my preferences on times. In addition to weekly mowing for me, they do fertilization and fall clean up and coordinate the times based on city leaf pick up. I have reviewed them on other platforms but for some reason, forgot to do it on here where I found them. I am convinced I could not have better lawn service!!! I highly recommend!

Derrick came out and graded our property. He raked and removed rocks in the dirt and then seeded and put down straw. He answered all my questions about the seed used and how to water for good germination. I am so pleased with my new lawn. It is lush and green. He did an excellent job and was reasonably priced. I would rehire if I need any landscaping done and would highly recommend his company.

He was the only one of many companies I called that quoted me on the project and got back to me to complete it. Cearbaugh Lawn and Landscaping do what they say there going to do, and at the price they quote. They work hard and fast and have great pricing. I would recommend them to anyone. This is the second job I've had them do and there coming back to do a third job.

we felt that the grade on the patio was a little bit too much, but was reassured that it was correct. We will see how this patio holds up in the next year especially if we get a lot of rain. hopefully we wont have to call them back, but I feel that they would make things right if a problem occurs

Cearbaughs Lawn and Landscaping did exactly what they promised. Contrary to "MY HOME ADVISOR" I did not hire them to mow the lawn but to mulch the beds. They came when promised and brought the mulch I wanted. After they finished the beds looked beautiful.

They called back within the hour of talking with HomeAdvisor and mowed the grass and cleaned up the yard while we were still out of town. They are our new lawn service since our old service would not return my phone calls.
