Cecil was amazing. Professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about his craft. I would recommend him to anyone. Can't say enough about how pleased I was with the entire experience.

I really liked these guys they were good.

Do not hire this company. His work performance is poor and doesn't complete his responsibilities to his customer. I hired him to install a 65" TV and a sound bar. The TV install is a bit croked, the surge protector was not installed, and my universal remote and DVD player is not completely set up. He said he would come back to finish the install and instead. I get apologies that he's too busy. He rescheduled with me on Friday 2/10/17 and he never showed up or had the decency to call. He's too much of a coward to take my calls and speak to me, so he responds through text messages that he's on another call or will call me later- to no avail. Unfortunately, I already paid him $1,400 for the install. WORD OF CAUTION. BE CAREFULL CONSIDERING CECILE FOR YOUR A/V NEEDS. He's clearly not the right choice.

They were really good...personable, helpful, kind. The only two problems were that the tv was too high when it was all said and done. I wish I could have seen where it was going to be placed beforehand. Secondly, I was quoted a WAAAAAYYYY cheaper price. I ended up paying nearly five times what I was quoted. I can say that the quality of their work was impeccable, though.

CHTI provided quality, fast, and friendly service. An explanation and cost was provided prior to the start of work. They left the work areas clean and made sure all equipment worked well prior to leaving. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work and supplies necessary to complete the job. They were professional and I was comfortable with them in my home.
