Cecilia Serrano Cleaning Service

I feel completely cheated! They did not do what they said they would. I met with them before the cleaning day and told them what I needed done. She agreed to the price I was willing to pay. On cleaning day, she reneged and said it was extra for laundry, extra for folding laundry, extra for thorough cleaning. They were sloppy, unprofessional, with no common sense about cleaning -- mopped floors using kitchen sink instead of bringing a bucket! She was surprised when I said that's unsanitary! No clue about environmentally safe products; left cleaning and laundry half done.

Cecilia charged me $120 to just clean the kitchen, this amount is so high it isn't even funny. She took 4 hours to clean and then charged me $20 more after it was all done, complaining that she worked hard. I would never recommend Cecilia's Cleaning Service to anyone. It was a complete ripoff.

Cecilia is amazing! We asked her to do a simple clean and dust and she did way more. I cannot reccomend her highly enough. If you have any doubts, hire her for a one time cleaning and you'll be hooked for life....see you next month Cecilia!

Perfect job

They were on time, worked very hard and very nice to deal with.

Cecilia and Franklin worked well. For that reason, I hired them a second time. I had a little difficulty communicating, but it certainly wasn't a barrier to hiring them a second time. I recommend them for good work, good attitude and honest. Their reference checked out.
