The main guy I talked to was Bryan. He was good at answering your call or returning your call in the beginning. These guys contracted out the cement work and they did a very very poor job. They set the concrete right on top of the grass after it dried, they put topsoil around the edges to fill holes, I thought, but it was to cover up what you can see which was a poor job, you could see all the rough spots of the concrete on top of my grass. Next, they stained the concrete also, had to call them back 3 times to get almost right just to find out after a month that it would fade and look like cxxx. Next they also done a pergola with a tinted cover on the top to keep out rain. Luckily it rained before they finished everything and I spotted leaks and let Bryan know he came out and look and came out to fix it the next day. After he fixed the leak it did not rain for a month but when it did it leaked 10 times more and in different place by this time we had paid Cedar Creation out of Ennis Tx. When I tried to call since we had warranty on their work, his phone would go to voicemail I left voice messages and text messages with videos with no answer or return call. I continued to call and he would send me straight to voice mail. I had to hire someone else to repair their mistakes. The pergola they put together was nice but I WOULD NOT HIRE THESE GUYS TO DO ANYTHING IF YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU ARE COMPLETELY HAPPY BEFORE YOU PAY THEM. SORRY EXCUSE OF A COMPANY WHEN IT COMES STANDING BY THERE WORK. Beware!

It's really sad because the project started out fine on April 16, 2018. They did the custom pergola with a cover on top to block the sun. After the first hard rain, April 23, 2018 we couldn't get out the back door without getting drenched. I contacted Bryan and sent him a video of the issue. Bryan came out and put some silicone to fix the problem, but it didn't work, this was on May 15th. Since then Bryan has lied and said he would return to at least see what could be done, as of my review, June 1st, he hasn't shown. We didn't have unrealistic expectations as we know, other than doing a roof, there no way to completely guarantee no water, but we do need to get out the door. Calling Andrew the manager netted the same results, not even a return phone call. If you do use CedarCreation please don't pay them in full until you are completely happy with the job because you won't see them again, so forget about the 1 year warranty. I intentionally selected a company from Homeadvisor hoping to avoid this EXACT situation, may as well have used Craigslist. :(

The process was so smooth and they have great customer service. The install went very well and the product was so much more beautiful than I expected. I love, Love my pergola.

This company deserves a HUGE Thank You!!! They did an awesome job at a price that was the best offered by far. They worked quickly and did a beautiful job!!! I absolutely recommend them!!!

The communication was great until the day of the project. They were 2 hours late, and did not let me know. The pergola looks great, and they came 75 miles to do a small project.
