This was an insurance claim to replace the roof because of hail damage. Everyone involved was very quick to respond and act but they also made sure that I knew everything that was going on and made sure I knew all the choices and options available.

This was an insurance claim from storm damage. Chuck was very professional, very detailed and took his time while explaining what to expect. He answered all questions, went over choices and was true to his word! I've never seen a roofing crew that worked like the Cedar Crest Crew! Very pleasant, came to work and worked liked machines. 30 square completely tore off and re-shingled in less than a day. At no extra cost, Chuck took the time during the job to show me how and why certain processes were being done. Very pleased! Highly recommend! There was damage to the vinyl siding as well and Chuck and his crew will be taking on that task also!
