I never take to the internet to write reviews but the horrible ones certainly deserve..!! This Contractor left without completing the task, Very Arrogant owner, overcharges to begin with but that does not give you peace of mind. I had to run around every other tradesman involved like Electrician, Plumbing, getting the material (Yes I had to haul the material), Gas lines etc. Maintaining schedule and timeline are not in their vocabulary, My patio task started in June 2021 and is still incomplete as of September 15th 2021. The contractor messages every other weekend for a portion of $$ which is a part and parcel of the deal , but he trys to trick you into believing that he is doing you a favor, constantly talks about doing a favor which is quite annoying as they get paid for it... Example: taking out construction material trash is a favor to me which is quite puzzling..!! Only one member of his Crew can speak English and that member is rotated on various tasks, it is extremely difficult working with people whom you cannot communicate. As a Contract Manager he shows up only on weekends when portion of work is done, due to language barrier I have to wait until weekend to explain that things are not done right. It appears to me that they are extremely busy as they run around multiple tasks.. I would have appreciated if they started work only when they were free..!! This contractor has taken all 2021 summer from June through September for 1700 square foot patio and left it incomplete, has stopped working on my task, he has been extremely arrogant when asked to speed up the work. I would never hire him nor would recommend him to anyone. A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ARROGANT CONTRACTOR.

THEY ARE ON TIME,FAST, VERY POLITE AND RESPONSIVE IN ALL MY QUESTIONS AND INQUIRIES IN INSTALLING MY SPRINKLERS SYSTEM. VERY SATISFIED AND CONTENTED WITH THEM! GOOD JOB! 2000 2 DAYS
