i just wanted a better working relationship, which started out good, but then it went down hill after and now 3-4 months later, no material, no start date, no end date no nothing.

BEWARE!!! Such a shame. The fence was installed well and fence is just what I wanted and expected. Obviously some sort of" fly by night" company. About 3 months after my job they disappeared from the face of the earth. If you need a repair there are no parts that fit this fence and the company is no where to be found. But hey...I have a lifetime warranty. I used them because of the excellent reviews on Home Advisor.

We have a challenging yard regarding the layout of the grass and the crew did a good job keeping the fence low to the ground and it looks beautiful!

Once they showed up (several days later than planned) they were able to do the entire job when they arrived. I will admit, we had snow the week prior and they were a little behind. But, overall, very satisfied with the quality of the work!

Hired Dan to do approximately 150 linear feet of 6 foot tall vinyl fencing and a 10 X 12 TimberTech composite deck. After meeting with Dan, there were several delays on his crew arriving to do my fence (I needed part of my fence done due to a code in my area) While his team did complete the fence, it wasn't but a few months later I started to realize the lack of quality in the work done. Several of the sono-tubes used to pour the 6 X 6's in are now showing and were definitely not dug to the code of a minimum of 24 inches deep (we dug one down and it was around 17 inches deep) 4 or 5 of the end caps on the fence posts have either blown off or fell off indicating they weren't properly put on using adhesive. Several planks have either bent out and one entire section of the bottom plank broke resulting in an uneven look. To top this off, he completely ignored our contract part that called for a deck being built as well. He told me numerous times he or his crew would be out to start work on it and never did. That was nearly 6 months ago. I finally hired another deck company and was pleased with their timing and work, my recommendation, don't hire this company.

Fence installers were professional and great to work with. Looks fabulous!
