Great service - went above and beyond our expectations. Very pleased one year later.

At first, I was quite happy with the estimate and with Robert. The first and only job I had him do was trim a large oak tree, which also needed to have a branch removed. The branch was removed, but only about 1/3 of the tree was trimmed. I let him know fairly quickly that I thought it odd that only part of the tree had been trimmed. I contacted Robert a number of times through a number of channels and did not initially get any response. Not sure how to trim a tree ended up being trim 1/3 of a tree. Be SURE exactly what you are expecting and what is being provided match because in my case they certainly did not. Also, I did not know that they would charge sales tax, which would have been good to know in advance. I made a partial payment, roughly 2/3 of the amount owed, and included a message that I was not happy. Unfortunately it appears my check has never been received. He believes the job is complete, so I have now paid the balance and will NOT be using them for any of my other jobs. When I was contacting him he did not respond, but he expected me to respond when he was contacting me. Now he has sent me to collections over a bill I thought I had partially paid and even mentioned that I had partially paid. I just want this whole thing done. This experience has really left me very disappointed with something that started off very well.

Five stars all around! Can’t begin to express how pleased we are with the landscape design and installation completed by Magnolia City Landscaping. Robert was prompt, responsive, friendly and professional throughout the process- he laid out several design options for us to choose from and then worked within our budget to accomplish what we wanted. Sam and crew did it fantastic job of installing the design, tidying up in areas we wanted clear, configuring our existing irrigation system, and even thoughtfully repurposing some sod and decorative brick edges we had with our original landscape. Highly recommend you reach out to Robert and Magnolia City Landscaping for any upcoming landscape needs, or any projects he and his crew handle for that matter, you will not be disappointed!

They respond quickly. The representative Samuel is polite, knowledgeable, not pushy or pressure but he makes suggestions if you are interested. Once an agreement is reached the crew get to work immediately and they know what they are doing. We had them do masonry work around beds and looks fantastic. They offer several related services including drainage, tree removal, outdoor lighting, sprinklers, walkways, and alot more. We have no prior relationship this company so this is not an exaggeration.

This company's customer service is the best in the business. When you are spending money, you want to feel like it was worth it. This was worth every cent that I paid them. Two large oak removals later, my house looks great. 10/10
