This roof is still under warranty and is presently leaking. Roof was installed 10 months ago. Called company and feel like I am getting run around. They are probably waiting for warranty to expire??

they did a good job with the roof itself. but their information on is not good when things will get done. my simple 90 sq job should have taken 1 day, ended up taking 2.5 days. and their clean-up only applied to the big stuff. they did no nail clean-up and left hundreds of pieces of felt and tiles all around the house. i had to do a nail pickup myself thanks to the handyman I hired. he had a rolling magnet. I am still picking up nails.

They kept me waiting for 4 months to tell me that they could not do the job! Not to mention that I paid them 1,700 for a tarp.

"We explained to her early on that there are structural issues with her roof below the deck that need to be addressed by a framing contractor and fixed before anyone can put a new roof on that duplex. It is in very bad shape and the roof cannot be completed to meet FL building code unless those structural repairs are done first. We explained this within weeks of getting the final insurance paperwork in on the job. We explained the insurance company was not paying for the work, which looks to be just old and falling down. We did not accept the job and it was cancelled. As for the tarp we collected 1370.00 for the emergency service and her insurance company paid 1440.00 to her for it according to her paperwork. So it was covered and paid for. I think it is unfair to leave a review for a job we did not do, nor could we do based on the condition of the existing structure. No one was willing to pay for the structural repairs necessary to get this job done."

the sales team, the support person, and the cleanup guy did a wonderful job, but the installation crew caused some damage to gutters, the paint of the walls and the garage door. We got partial credit toward to the damage. Soon we have to paint the exterior house and replace the gutters ($2000-2500 estimated cost)

Came out un a timely fashion. Talked a big game claiming I would be able to get a new roof based on the damage they saw. Also said they would come out when the insurance adjuster was here to show what they found. I talked to Adam the following morning askjng if I could use them with my insurance. He said yes. I told him I would call him & let him know when the adjuster would be here. All other calls & messages were not answered.
