Celco Surveying

We originally had a survey done in 2022 for land that we were buying. Our realtor was in contact with Eddie to get the property surveyed, until he simply stopped answering. We ended up getting the survey documents just a few days before closing, even though Eddie said he would complete the survey and send it over with weeks to spare. Fast forward to 2026, we need boundary markers on the land and the survey is still valid so we need Eddie to do it. He has apparently been screening the realtor?s calls and completely stopped answering her text messages. I called him yesterday and he assured me he would be there this morning and let me know when it was finished, because ?they haven?t gotten it finalized but they went out there a couple of weeks ago.? It?s putting stakes into the ground. This morning, my husband called and left a message. He got a call back, but no one said anything, there was just TV sounds for a few minutes. We close in less than a week and have nothing from Eddie.

Hired Eddie to do a land survey for our home. He came out on a Friday to do the work, and said he would have the paperwork submitted to our title company by 3PM that day. It never came, Since that Friday, we have had 6 different people reach out to him multiple times. His reply was either i will be submitting that in the next few minutes, or the call went straight voicemail. We were slated to close Monday morning, now we have had to push the closing out till, who knows when.. because we are still waiting.. I have had to reschedule moving, storage and rental several times at this point. Everyone is working, except Eddie. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy at this point. Eddie has no integrity what so ever. Don't tell someone you are doing something, when you really aren't. So unreliable

Are these unprofessional workers? They have taken 3 1/2 months of my time and still do not produce anything of value they never answer the phone and will not do what they say.

This guy will NEVER return your call, ignore all emails, and is essentially the most unprofessional person I have ever tried to work with. He did a survey of my property but failed to include a utility easement with a significant no-build zone. The city, however, knew about the easement and its restrictions. Now, they will not let me build ANYTHING because it is not even in the darn survey! So, there is no way to confirm if I am encroaching or not. I have contacted Eddie by phone, text, and email. At first, he said, **Let me get right on it** but that was the only time I spoke to him and he had ignored every attempt ever since. It has been over two months now. My entire project is stalled. I am going to hire and buy an entirely new survey.

Originally went to the wrong location. Did not mark the property boundaries as required. After an extensive search I found an old property marker buried under a layer of dirt and rocks. Never found any new corner marker anywhere in the vicinity. To complete the survey it took considerably longer than originally discussed. I had to make repeated calls to request information and updates on the status of the survey.

Meet with the owner at the job site, seemed to know what he was doing, but that is as far as it went. Called office more times than I can remember and got more excuses than I can count on why the job was not getting done, waited for over 6 months, still, nothing accrued. After calling the last time with no reply I gave up on them, I would not recommend this company to anyone unless I wanted them to fail at the project they were trying to do. I should have given all zeros for a rating.

Survey boundary line was wrong, legal description was wrong. Was told they would come back out to site to revise, but they have not come back.

Doesn't return calls, says he is going to take care of things and doesn't.

They were very professional and completed the work in a timely manor.

George did a great job for us. He did the job promptly and he was lower than other quotes we received.
