Alan was great they came and offered us a system that fit our needs and installed the cameras in our home very professional!!! I had this done about 1.5 years ago and have never had a problem our issue with their products.

Called them to come and do the configuration between the DVR and the computer they came but they couldn't do it but they charge me the service call for nothing.

"I usually don't respond to bad reviews but after dealing with issues like this I feel it necessary. Here is a hypothetical. You go to the doctor and he tells you that there isn't really anything you can do but go home, rest and drink lots of fluids. So what's next? You walk out of the exam room, head to the nurses desk to check out, and you PAY! I just find it humorous that people think 2 hours of my time should be free! This particular customer even mentioned that he already had someone come out and tell him that he needed to replace the DVR. Same conclusion I came up with. So if he would have just taken the advice the first time around he would have spent less money in the long run. As you can see by our other reviews we are a very reasonably priced company that does excellent work. We are not in this to get rich. But, we do have overhead to cover and employees to pay. $125 service fee for a 30 mile drive and a few hours on site....you do the math"

They did not finish the camera installation project. Each time, they say they'll come and finish, but never come over. I'm writing this negative review after giving them a number of opportunities in the last 3 months to finish the project. 1) They promised to put the box around the recording unit and secure it to the wall. Did not do it. 2) The cameras are not pointed correctly to spot cars in front of the house. 3) I had paid for a 2TB hard drive, but it seems like I got a 936 GB one. No response from the vendor. 4) The recording was set to motion only, but it seems like it is continuously recording. So it only stores 12 days worth of data (not enough if we are going to go out for a longer duration). 5) The camera in the living room is too far to faces clearly. The whole point of the camera is to provide law enforcement with enough information to investigate if there is a theft/burglary. I wasn't told that this would be a problem when they sold the solution to me.

I was lucky enough to have the owner call back for scheduling addition activities to remedy the situation. Gr8 customer services. I am planning to establish a "once a year" maintenance plan with the company to prepare for contingencies since the house is creeping up on 10yrs.

My old system was going off randomly and it wasn't the battery backup. Cellcom replaced an old motion detector sensor that seems to have fixed the problem. Cellcom charged me a regular service call fee. Another highly rated security company at Home Advisor wanted triple what Cellcom charged me for a service call/repair.
