My main water valve cracked and was leaking into my basement. I called Cellino and within an hour a technician was out to assess the situation. It was late so he did what he could to control the leak. The next day Cellino and the organization went to work. It took three trips dealing Erie County Water had unexpected issues get the water off with 90 year old pipes (the job by Erie county Water was nothing less that exceptional, they had crews out faster than I thought possible). Every step of the way from the dispatchers to the technicians, everyone at Cellino was responsive, considerate, and truly cared. Never has a reapir comapny of any kind made me feel so respective and important as everyone at Cellino did. I cannot thank you enough for such an outstanding job.

Very professional , honest & accommodating. My Cellino plumber readjusted my cost after realizing the work did not entail what heâ d included in the itemized cost assessment. I was pleased and impressed with his honesty . They were responsive to come out twice after job was completed to assess the problem with item theyâ d installed with no charge .

There is never a good time for a hot water heater to go, and in my case it was the Friday before a long 4th of July weekend. A lightning strike sent a surge that ended up causing some issues to my tankless hot water heater and this unit was less than a year old and installed by Cellino. Making a late night call, an answering service took the call and left a message. Shortly there after the owner Tony called to discuss the problem. A tech was sent out the next day and unfortunately the Supplier needed to be contacted to help diagnose the problem and make sure it was covered under warranty. The fact that it was a holiday weekend and the supplier was closed, Tony came out personally and installed a temporary water heater for my wife and my young boys. Upon the arriving of the part, Tony came out first thing and was prompt and professional always being careful to put on his shoe coverings as to not tract dirt in the house. He fixed the heater and was so professional in the process. I would highly recommend Cellino plumbing to anyone who had a plumbing or HVAC need. Its always amazing when the owner comes out to personally take on the job at hand. Its no wonder why the company always has great reviews, exceptional leadership from a hardworking knowledgeable founder.

After dinner, we had water coming out of our kitchen ceiling light fixtures. As first time homeowners, we had never dealt with a plumber on our own. We call Cellino's emergency line. About an hour later, the leak in the pipe to the toilet was fixed by Daniel Neuman. Daniel was knowledgeable about the problem, provided a quick diagnosis, and fixed it for a very reasonable price - especially since it was an after hours call. We're so grateful that he came to the rescue. I'd recommend Cellino wholeheartedly based on this experience.

Cellino is awesome. They saved the day when my basement flooded in 2018. So when a few weeks ago my parents (both in their 80's) had plumbing problems, they called me, and as their POA, it was a no-brainer. Cellino. I called and made an appointment. The two techs assigned to the job, Nick Piracci and Joseph Neuhaus knocked it out the park. I expected no less based on the service I received two years ago. They were awesome, friendly, patient, and professional. Answered all my questions, explained everything and even provided answers to questions I wouldn't know to ask. My parents informed me of one issue, but it turned out to be far more and they were all addressed. Given all that's going on these days with COVID-19 and the impact it has had on many businesses, it was such a comfort and relief to have Cellino take care of my parents plumbing issues. It was stress-free. I was able to work without wondering and worrying. My parents were very happy with the service delivered. And happy parents means happy POA. Cellino was referred to me, and they are officially my go-to for plumbing needs. Though I had different techs, it's nice to know that no matter who shows up, you can count on excellent customer service from beginning to end.. This includes the ladies in the office. Thanks Taylor! I highly recommend Cellino.

The staff is effing awesome, from Amanda who took my call, to Andy sheffield who did the original diagnostic, to Chris ball who put it in. I've NEVER had service of any kind where the folks providing that service were so cool, good at their job, people you wouldn't mind inviting to your home or have drinks with! YOU KILLED IT CELLINO! But I would not recommend you to people I don't like, let them call a less dependable company.ð

We had Tom Olson replace two toilets in our home. He was very informative, efficient and meticulous during the install. He was a pleasure to work with. He answered any questions we had and he definitely gained our confidence. We have used Cellino for a sink piping problem and the technicians were also very good at their job. We appreciate all the donations that Cellino does. It is nice to see a company pay forward to the Community it services. We will recommend the company in the future.

In January 2020, one of the pipes going to our boiler leaked, and because our old boiler's auto refill and low water cutoff failed, the boiler was dry-firing. The fire dept. had to come and shut off power to the boiler at 1 am. I called Cellino, and Luke (the president) called me back at 4 am. Tom M. was here in the morning and told me we needed a new boiler. The next day, the boiler came in, and a team including Chris, Frank, and Tyler spent all day (12 hours) installing it. We are now safe and warm. I can't recommend Cellino highly enough for the customer service and quality workmanship.

Thanksgiving soon and the kitchen faucet and piping causing problems. My call to Cellino Plumbing received a response that very afternoon to review. Ryan and Dan were here early this morning to fix the piping issues and install a beautiful Moen faucet. We are super satisfied with the response and professionalism of Ryan and his Team. Great value!
