The owner, Matt, came out to do our consultation and thoroughly discussed the scope of our project with us, called me back the same day with a price, and started work the next day - the speediest process I have experienced with a contractor ever! I wanted a fire door installed. Matt came out and told me the door I had was a fire-rated door and I didn't need a new one. I couldn't believe he was so honest. Most contractors would have replaced the door anyway and taken advantage of the customer's naivete. In addition, his price was better than the other contractors I called if I had used him. I would call him in a heartbeat since he's so honest and fairly priced.

The company is very reliable and easy to work with. Completes projects in a timely manner.

This was a complete kitchen remodel with Steve Fraser as the contractor. Steve, and everyone he brought in; his assistants Augustin and Javier, Jeff (electrician) and his counter professional, Enrique, were top-notch craftsmen. Steve and Augustin were on-time every day of this five week project at 0800, performed their work and cleaned up at the end of the day. We were very happy with their work and the end product, a new and user-friendly kitchen. Work included a full demo, new floor, laundry area, cabinets, hood, quartzite counter, backsplash, electrical and six major appliances. Steve is very personable and will go out of his way to please, plus he takes ownership of his work. I highly recommend Steve as a general contractor and professional. We already talked about a window installation

I do not live in CA and needed to do some demo work in my townhouse. I met with Matt when I was in LA and he was prompt, honest and I got a great vibe. It is very hard to remodel a kitchen when you are not there. He did exactly what he said he would and when he said he would. Matt will be the first person I call when I need anything done.
