Very good contractor, but somewhat disorganized. Again, the end product / result was great, but a pinch higher on the project cost from other bids, and left a lot of debris behind (fallen screws, snipped parts of the old and new gutter, etc.) that required my time to cleanup on the roof and overall house perimeter. Would consider working again with this contractor but would require closer management on my part to be a more seamless experience.

Seamus returned my call right away, was out at the property to give me a quote within minutes and got the job done before I would have been able to get anyone else out to give me a quote. Price seemed very fair! I would highly recommend his services.

Unprofessional attitude, horrible demeanor, does not respond to phone calls and does not show up when they say. I took a day off of work and I paid in full and the job was not finished. Left his garbage here. Overall very unprofessional company.

Seamus is super fast. When you say "go", make sure you mean it. Fast, quality, honorable. I ask no more. I thought the value was high, the cost welcome. I customized with larger, round downspouts, he painted them. He put leaf guards on all 2nd-floor gutters (office building) after much discussion with me. I expect I'll be very happy with them. He explained why my options were not as appealing. Good man, good job. I will use him again in June for an apartment building

Seamus was great. He fixed a disaster job from a Craigslist hire and price was very reasonable.

The work seems fine, and the price was really excellent. Only time will tell for sure, when the rain starts in. Workers broke several plants in my landscaping. Owner didn't return phone calls and he never told me the actual start date for the job. He started the job without picking up the signed contract, which could have put us both at risk. I think he has an old-fashioned approach to business, where a handshake seals the deal.

Seamus was easy to work with, gave me the explanation of the gutter work I needed, was trustworthy, professional and worked quickly. My husband and I are very happy with our new gutters. One little complaint, There was a small area sawed out of a "trellis" over our front door. We didn't notice it until Seamus was packed up and gone but don't understand why this was done and not brought to our attention. Can it be fixed?
