We recently finished the condo conversion work that the city required our 3 unit building to do. All 3 units are owner occupied and the work included plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, etc. work while we were all living in them. cementtech was the contractor that we used. He was one of only two contractors (from the many we met) that clearly had had this type of experience and knew what he was talking about. Many others were pretending to know all about but were clearly bluffing. He took care of all the permits and associated nightmares Jose was very responsive from the get go. Working on this project meant having to deal with 3 different set of owners and four different subcontractors, having them adapt to our schedules, needs, and personalities. Frankly, not an easy feat! Jose was always courteous and very easy to deal with. Any issues/questions we raised were addressed right away. He was always calm and professional. The subcontractors all did great work, their employees were friendly, professional and cleaned after themselves very thoroughly. The complicated project was finished on time to comply with the city's deadline. I would highly recommend jose(and any of his subs) for any kind of contracting job.

I have a large concrete driveway between 12 apartment units in bayside that was in real need of replacement. This was a fairly large project as we had to shut down the parking area, notify all the occupants of what was going on, deal with multiple City permits, etc. Working with jose - this job could not have gone more smoothly. I believe the key attribute was the communication that they provided - I never felt as if I did not know what was going on - they were always there to answer my questions. Whether it was how to run the underground drain lines, concrete cure times, or details on the permit process they were always very responsive to all involved. They cleaned up their work after each and every day and stayed on schedule - we even had compliments from some of our occupants on how they went out of their way to help them and answer any questions. Their pricing was fair - we obtained several quotations and they were in-line. In fact - Cementtech did some additional work that was not on the contract (they ran electrical piping for the underground drainage in case we ever needed it) at no cost. Highly recommended and professional - I will be using them again.

Finished product was beautifully painted

Jose is a Stone Mason Master! He built a small wall for us, but one that it is a focal point in our backyard pool area, so we were very nervous about getting it done. It came out beautifully! Jose cares very much about his work and your satisfaction. He kept us informed of the progress throughout the job - even emailing four or more pictures every day to document the progress. He also helped out with little tasks that came up without adding to the price - all to make sure the job is finished completely. We look forward to his help with our future stone jobs. It was a fabulous experience, jose was amazing to deal with. After getting a reasonable estimate from jose, I decided to move forward doing the painting along with interior and exterior design. The crew was very expert and did the job nicely. I got great compliments from my friends and neighbors. Thank you jose for the terrific job. I must recommend you and your crew.

Painting was very professional. We had the whole house painted Interior complete. The finish was amazing. We found them to always be on time and ready to work with a smile. They respected our house and all our belongings being very careful to move and cover everything to protect from dust or paint overspray. When the work was done everything was moved back carefully and Vacuumed,it was cleaner when all the work was complete than when they started I didn't even have to clean a thing! I recommend cement tech Painting it was the most pleasant work experience I ever had.

Cement tech just finished work on my driveway and walkway to my home. Susan, the project manager, was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered many questions and was always available when contacted. The crew was very professional, punctual and clean.They finished ahead of time. Now I see people looking at our new driveway and complement how good the house looks now because of the improvement. I am highly recommending cement tech .
