The technician showed up and started diagnosing my air conditioner problem. Shortly after the owner of the company came by because I also wanted a quote for a potential new HVAC unit as mine is 15 years old. They solved my problem and were very professional to work with. Because of the age of my HVAC unit I decided to replace it with a heat pump. The team was very friendly and professional and respectful to me and my home.

We needed to replace our old 20+ year HVAC system before it quit working which probably would have been in the summer when HVAC companies are the busiest. so I decided to do it winter 2021. Did my due diligence and had three companies come out, present their bids and recommended equipment. Most of the companies were in line with their bids and no one underbid their competitors. All were less than $300 apart. I have 18+ years real estate and property management experience so I have dealt with lots of trades over the years. I chose CenCal because I liked their presentation, the length of time they had been in business and although I didn't know it at the time I chose them, I did know the owner through shared past acquaintances. Knowing our shared acquaintances and their background helped firm up my decision to go with CenCal. From the time CenCal techs started the job until the time they finished the installation, our experience was superior to any other firm I have ever dealt with in the past. They were always on time and thorough with the information they provided. Found we had a leak in our ducts under the house so also had those replaced so all equipment was new out the gate. In addition to the professionalism of the installers, sales rep and quality follow up after the job was completed, CenCal's office staff is some of the best I have ever dealt with in my career. These ladies should give classes to other company's staff people.... they are that good!

Everything was taken care of and we are happy campers. We have a maintenance contract and worth every penny. Don't have a favorite Technician, cause they're all good and my dog Nova liked them all.

Cencal did an awesome job! Their technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly, and they responded immediately when I had an issue. I have now joined their Gold Star family because I will use them on a regular basis and they will be available to me at all times when I need them. I have to say that their office staff is exceptional! They are so friendly and easy to work with! If I could give Cencal 10 stars - or 20 - I would! This is an ethical, compassionate, caring company owned and staffed by people who act out the company's ethos. Five years ago, when we needed a new dualpac in the middle of a cold winter, we shopped, and then chose Cencal for its responsiveness, clear information, and very competitive pricing. The installation went like a dream, and the service techs spent an entire morning at our home ensuring everything was working better than perfectly. The unit was under contract for a couple of years, and we decided to continue the contract when the "free" servicing expired. So worth the money for the peace of mind knowing our investment is being cared for by responsible reliable folks. I don't have a favorite tech: I appreciate all of them! They show up on time for appointments, and are universally businesslike and friendly. Thank you, Cencal, for making me comfortable in my home. (I'm not mentioning costs because I'm sure they're variable, but I'm on a fixed income and the service is affordable.)

I bought my home 6 years ago and from the beginning I used Cencal as my HVAC maintenance and repair company. Ignacio and the boys have always been very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I recently had a new system put in my home, the other was over 15 years old and on its last leg. Brandon came and explained everything and answered all my questions. As this was my first high priced purchase for my home, he made everything easier. Jason also was there to answer any questions I had. I cant say enough about the girls in the office, to Jason and Brandon and the guys in the field. they have always made me feel like part of their family. For the new system, they not only were on time, but they also finished the job in less time than they/we expected. They are very responsive to my emails, calls and questions. Cencal was prompt, professional, and did the work in the quoted time. The service is amazing. They removed my old, Freon-leaking HVAC in one day and got the new one installed and balanced in 2 more days. Then they had a technician come and make sure the system was functioning properly. They helped me get available rebates and are very positive people. <br />

I had them come out to give me an estimate on replacing some ducts in my home. I also had them clean my HVAC system. They were very prompt and did a good job on the cleaning. I ended up doing the duct replacement myself but I would have used them if I hadn't done it myself.
