I had a big snake under my house - and the plumber couldn't get anything done because of it. Tommy, from CenTer Termite and Pest came out and spent over half an hour searching for the snake. He crawled under the house, took pictures, and explored thoroughly. He was unable to find the snake - hopefully it crawled off - but was extremely thorough in his efforts. It was very reassuring to have someone like this come out.

Very thorough, very ethical business with great customer service. Tommy came to my house for a bed bug inspection after we found a couple on our box spring after returning from a hotel. We had thrown out the box spring where they were nested and wanted to confirm they were gone. Tommy did a very thorough check, including looking through all the cracks of our bed and underneath with a light. He checked for bugs, eggs, and signs of them. He taught me a few signs to look out for, and after an extensive check with no signs of them remaining took a very honest and ethical stance. He advised me that I likely got rid of the very light infestation before it could spread and told me how I can look out for any further signs.

Tom was professional, informative, addressed all my questions and concerns. He was very thorough in addressing my issue and will definitely use this service for any exterminator needs in the future.

I paid for pest control and ultimately had to go and buy rat poison and traps myself because the products he put out which where those cheap mouse traps did not do anything. So I could have basically saved my 600 dollars and just went to Walmart

Response from Company:

Hi Tonya, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the recent pest control service you received. We genuinely appreciate your detailed account of your experience. We'd like to address your concerns and shed light on the extensive steps our technician, Tommy, took during his visits to your property. Tommy diligently implemented a comprehensive strategy, which included multiple crucial measures to mitigate the pest issue: - Tommy meticulously filled in all weep holes using Xcluder, ensuring potential entry points were secured. - He strategically placed Xcluder in the AC vent line and at the front porch outlet opening to prevent rodent access. - Taking proactive measures, Xcluder was placed on the northeast side of the brick pocket, closing off potential entryways. - Critical entry points, such as behind the stove and the main entry point behind the dryer vent, were sealed both inside and out, using concrete and hardware cloth for reinforced protection. Additionally, Tommy installed multiple rodent bait stations around the exterior of your home and set traps to address the issue promptly. Subsequently, one alpha rat was successfully caught a week later, indicating progress in resolving the infestation. We also value open communication and responsiveness. Tommy consistently remained attentive and responsive to your inquiries via text, ensuring that your concerns were promptly addressed. It's important to note that we had scheduled follow-up appointments at no extra charge to further assess and address any persisting issues. Regrettably, both appointments were canceled by you. We're committed to your satisfaction and remain flexible to accommodate your schedule, even offering an earlier visit if necessary. We truly understand your disappointment despite the extensive measures taken. We strive to provide top-notch services at a fair value. It's worth noting that you had received comparative estimates from other companies for less services that were significantly higher, validating the comprehensive nature of the work performed by Tommy at a very fair rate. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and we're more than willing to discuss this matter further and schedule another appointment at your earliest convenience. Please feel free to contact us directly at 254-709-4454 Thank you for your understanding, and we sincerely hope to regain your confidence in our services. Warm regards, Jason Brinkley Owner, Centex Termite, Pest and Insulation
