Very professional, very polite, wonderful to work with, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! Mark and every with Centennial was easy to work with and the crews did a wonderful job siding and roofing our home! Any concerns were immediately addressed and fixed to our satisfaction! My family was in this business for 35 years. Mark and his company surpassed my expectations! Nice to have a job well done in these times and have people so friendly and seeking to make customers a priority!

Five weeks after signing the contract to replace the shingles and a skylight Centennial finally started. The work was was just great! I found no scrap nor metal items after they were finished. The only complaint I had is that I was not kept informed as too why it to 5 weeks to get started. Other than that, quality work was done along with 250 lb. shingles.

***Update*** Owner read and responded immediately to this review and was shocked that I received poor service. He hired a gutter guy and I had new gutter guards, free of charge, installed within two weeks. I respect his focus on customer service and I appreciated his focus on making sure the right thing was done. Thank you Centennial. I am leaving my original review, but changed my scores. I now recommend Centennial. Rep was very thorough and estimate took about 2 hours. So long that Alene had to start dinner with the rep at our dinner table. Compared companies and as expected Centennial was the highest but picked them anyway because I wanted no hassles. Got a call later in the summer that our time was here and the roofers would be on site. They completed the work on time and the mess was minimal around the house. This is where my satisfaction went down. During the estimate meeting we were told and had the quote note that our gutter guards should be removed and replaced. When the contract was signed my wife missed that this was not checked. So the crew removed the guards and threw them away. When our rep came back he was quick to show our signed contract and seemed a bit miffed I kept the quote contract that had his writing noting we would keep our guards. Twice I gave him the opportunity to say "we got this". Instead he wanted me to pay for the labor and he pay for the guards. It is not about the money. $230 isn't breaking the bank after paying 10K+. I paid the extra money to not have to deal with BS and ended up dealing with it any way. So like my review noted. Happy with the work. Unhappy with the service. Hopefully I get my guards sometime before the fall.

I began negotiations in 1st part of June. I dealt with one of the owners. I was told I'd be scheduled 3-4 weeks out. I had to submit a big down payment. I have called several times to see when my job would be scheduled. I keep getting excuses. I spoke to the other owner. He, too, gave me the run around. So, 6 weeks later no roof, no contact from the company, no date to start the work, and I'm out a lot of money. If there was a zero on the rating scale, it would be the rating for this company.

Centennial did a great job siding my house; they didn't cut corners and the finished project looks great! Centennial's owner came out to the job site on numerous occasions just to make sure everything was going smoothly. Siding is expensive, but they offered the best value for the job.

Centennial Home went above and beyond to work with us and our insurance company after some storm damage to our roof. No other contractor would work with our insurance company to assist us in getting a new roof. They had excellent customer service and extremely professional to deal with! Their workers were courteous, excellent clean up, hard working and fast!! I had my roof, soffits and gutters replaced with Centennial and I couldn't be hpier the way things turned out. The professional way everyone involved acted, and the excellent workmanship by the guys who did the work. I was always made aware of when workers would arrive and what to expect. They did a great job of clean up after each job was complete. I didn't know Derick, Jim or Mark when I started my Roof, soffit and gutters job but it was easy to see they wanted to make sure I was happy with the final result. And I'ÂÂam 100%
