Justin, We have been to your home and remedied the situation free of charge. Furthermore, as you acknowledged in person, this issue was not caused by any issues with the product quality or installation. Your shower had two saturated washcloths that were hung over the spots and caused mold in the specific area. The area never dried and therefore mold developed. Nevertheless, we fixed the issue. If you are reading this review, please know we care greatly about making sure we serve our clients, even if it is not our fault.

I hired CenterPoint Renovations to do a complete remodel of my master bath (new drywall, tub, floor, plumbing. wiring, vanity and countertop, new shower, paint, and fixtures) and a partial remodel on my hall bath (new tub, floor and shower surround, fixatures and paint). From my initial contact through the entire project I was completely satisfied with the speed, professionalism and craftmanship of CenterPoint Renovations. Every night they left my house cleaner than they found it, the work was flawless, and I could not be more pleased with the final outcome. I absolutely LOVE my new bathrooms. Thank You Karin, Monica, Theresa, Mike, Nick, Josh, and Luke! I You are an incredible team! I HIGHLY recommend CenterPoint Renovations for your next remodeling project.

Everyone was a true professional. The design and colors were just as I imagined. The workers were incredibly neat and kept me informed. When I needed help with water temp someone came out immediately. I am thrilled with Center Point and its workers. And now I understand where the money went. It was well spent and there was much more involved than I at first thought. A learning experience for me.

A thousand stars for the team at Center Point Renovations Colorado. From the designer, Dan, to the phenomenal construction superintendent, Luke, to his professional sidekick, Nick, and to the office (and construction experienced) project manager, Sabra, this Bathroom Renovation company exceeds any and all expectations. Where we had an attic storage room next to our 3rd floor master bedroom, we now have an extraordinary, beautifully tiled 6x12 bathroom with a massive 4x6 shower, quality commode and handsome wood vanity. We are extremely thankful to Center Point for its attention to detail, its focus on the customer's needs and wants, cleanliness and to a very friendly and efficient staff. Many thanks to Luke for his innovation and sharing his incredible knowledge and years of experience. 5 stars just aren't enough.

I am not sure how the workmanship is because they originally told us it would be 2 and 1/2 weeks until the start date, then after we paid $5000 down they told us it would be 10 to 12 weeks. So far, I am very disappointed!

Our materials usually take 2-4 weeks, and during COVID have been longer, and our standard contract language, signed by the reviewer has a 4-6 week "Estimated" timetable, so its unclear to us how this reviewer had an expectation of 2.5 weeks. This review was written 6 weeks after their contract was signed before any work was performed or even before the end of our estimated install table. At the time we called the customer extending the estimated timetable, one of our installers had moved out of state and shortly thereafter we had another installer self-quarantine for two weeks out of an abundance of caution and a duty of care for our customers (he tested negative). This extended our estimated backlog, and we overcommunicated the potential delay. We ended up installing this customer bathroom just over 8 weeks from contract signing, the Homeowner was ecstatic with the beautiful finished product and commented verbally about how great our service was, having completed the job in under 2 days. Due to the delay, we offered a slight discount for her perceived inconvenience. The reviewer thanked us, commented that she would update the review since the review was left prematurely prior to any work being completed, but unfortunately has yet to do so. At Center Point Renovations, we understand that our clients work very hard for their money and they deserve excellence. We take this responsibility very seriously. Setbacks are a constant in construction, and some things are out of our control. We put a lot of effort into our processes, planning, and communication and If things do not go as planned, we do our best to rectify the situation. We do not rest until our clients are satisfied, and in this case, the reviewer communicated that she absolutely was, as did the homeowner. Unfortunately, the review does not reflect that.
