We just had our house treated and Center Termite staff were great! They were on time, very thorough and professional. Even though they found something else that they didn't see during the initial inspection (they had to purchase extra plywood to replace some woods on my front porch...which was hidden underneath and they couldn't see it during the inspection), no extra cost was added to the initial estimate. The office staff were nice as well. I'd totally recommend Center Termite to my friends and neighbors! I think we're going to sign up for their annual maintenance program!

Below is my review before they treated the house they were excellent and helpful. Most importantly they were honest. I will use them again. , I had a few estimates, but they were the best price, bet communicators, and followed up quickly with a quote. We plan to schedule an appointment soon to keep our house safe and sound. After the treatment, I'm sure I'll rate them a 5!

On time and completed the required work in a timely maner. The service person represented Center Termite very well in both work and presonal presentation. What more could I ask for?

The manager came out and gave me the estimate. He was very professional, efficient, and fast. He gave me the estimate, showed me what needed to be done, sent me an email estimate and mailed a very professional estimate and booklet explaining the process with awards and certificates enclosed. I decided to go with his service. Everything he told me was completed in a very timely manner.

Excellent service and very affordable. Already used them in 2008 for my residental and in 2009 for my rental property. My tenants especially happy with them since they have little issue with the chemical stuffs and they sent their expert to take care of the problem immediately. In addition, they also reimbursed my rental hotel's charge. I definetely recommend them for family and friends.

Overall experience was great. Very nice and professional people. Came by, made a estimate. Scheduled a treatment. On time and got the job done.

The estimator arrived without calling ahead as I was told he would. Otherwise, he was very complete and thorough. I would have appreciated it if the actual service tech had explained the order of what he was going to do.

Mark was very knowledgeable and explained in detail all the repairs to be made. I was very impressed.

From the very start everything went smoothly. The inspector was thorough and he completely explained the procedures and the products to be used. The workers were conscientious and efficient. I am very satisfied with the work they did. The office personnel were also thorough and very easy to talk to. The whole project was done in a timely manner.

I goofed on the scheduled appointment but they accommodated me, all in the same day.

Mark and his crew from Center Termite were great - totally exceeded expectations! It started with the free quote - Mark was on time and gave our home by far the most extensive inspection of any of the five contractors we contacted. He was very clear about what needed to be done where, and his conscientious was impressive. When his crew arrived, they were courteous and hard workers. Besides the termite control applications, we also had Center Termite rebuild a second story deck off of our bedroom. Very nice job and reasonable, too. I recommend Center Termite Control very highly. I am very happy with the results and overall experience.

Their staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. I am very pleased with their work and look forward to working with them on a long-term basis.

For starters, they had the best price and warranty. He offered to inspect the rest of the home vs just the known areas of the termite droppings. They actually completed the job today and was done in about 1.5 hrs. They were actually a bit early which is fine with me. I took the liberty to cover my stairway and areas where I knew he was going to go not knowing whether they would do this. Thankfully I did, as the guy that came indicated that he does not have anything to cover the carpet/floor. He vacumed one of the areas downstairs where he drilled holes but neglected to vacumed the other areas where he also drilled holes.

I was initially confused when they presented their bid. My house is connected to another and did not realize the bid they presented was for both houses. We had to go with a different treatment ultimately do to the lack of cooperation of my neighbor. Both houses would have to be tented together.

Showed up at the schedule time. Very Professional. Explained every detail to the needle.

Although we have not used this service the quote was very resonable and we found the inspector to be knowledgable in his field of expertise (termites). As soon as the weather clears up we will will use Center Pest control for this job.

Very friendly staff. They were out the very next day after I called to do the free termite inspection. The work was scheduled 1 week after the initial inspection. Will recommend to family and friends.
