Requested in text message I needed an outlet installed in my garage ceiling for overhead lighting and that a junction box was excessable. Owner confirmed he would do it "for arounbd $150." Installer arrived (a month later) with NO LADDER in his truck. He looked over the job and returned 30 minutes later with a ladder that was too short. Due to safety concerns, I asked he return the next day with the correct size ladder. The owner returned the next day and completed the install stating, "I won't charge you for the second service call" and preceeded to charge me $220. I do not recommend this company.
