Centra-Spike Rep., Eric knows HVAC. He's courteous, prompt, informative, and tactful in application/repair. My issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes and that included imparting a wealth of knowledge before he departed like a superhero to the next job. Many thanks Eric!

They were professional and the amount of time they quoted was exactly what it took to install my A/C. We saved money by using them. The first company, a very large and tv advertised company that came to our home was not able to identify the exact problem. They stated that the unit needed a circuit board or perhaps after installing a circuit board it could need a new motor. We had to pay $89.00 for an for an incorrect diagnosis. As it turned out we needed a new motor and not a circuit board.

Eric was quite knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills. He and the technician installed a new system which seems to be working well. Eric had to come out twice, once on Sunday which made all the difference in the world. He explained the problem which I understood and recommended a course of action. I would highly recommend this company.

Eric came within an hour after I requested A/C service from My HomeAdvisor. He was very courteous and knowledgeable of his trade. He informed me of what the problem was, gave me options, and completed the work within reasonable time. What impressed me very much from this experience was the fact that Eric took the time to explain to me what the problem was, what caused it, and what he would do to help correct the problem, - in a way that I can understand. I had to call him back a few days after and asked him to come and check on something that I noticed since he left. He came the same day, found the problem and made recommendations. Now my A/C is working very well. He actually saved me a lot of money for what could have been a major overhaul of my A/C unit. Eric is very professional, courteous, friendly, and reliable. The technician was excellent, polite and thorough and his name is Eric. He met our facilities manager at our church in Brentwood, MD at the preset appointment time. He explained everything he discovered that would require attention and was very knowledgeable about what it would require to keep our units running at optimum levels, particularly given the extremely hot days we've been having. We would definitely consider Centra-Spike for future service and/or repairs.

Didn't end up getting them to fix the unit, but the friendly, knowledgeable repair man Eric made all the difference.

He diagnosed and fixed the issue but it cost more than I anticipated.

The service tech came out looked at the unit had the part on the truck and was repaired in 10 minutes. They came out on a Sunday no extra fee.

Eric came out first thing Sunday morning,unfortunately my air handler needed to be replaced and I just got a sealant shot into my outside unit 4 weeks earlier.i decided to let Eric replace the whole system Monday morning and very glad I did.the company I have a service contract with snubbed me over the weekend so I cancelled with them and got my money back for the year.Eric and his partner were great and would recommend them to everyone.

Eric was personable, knowledgeable and work expeditiously to rectify the problem. 88 degree heat with 53% humidity is not my kind of fun.

We had gotten over 6 different quotes from other companies and finally came across centra spike. They were very professional, tech was on time, wore shoe covers and the pricing was very reasonable. Already recommended to family and friends.

They were professional during the scheduling and work that was preformed. My only problem was that they were over 45 mins late to the time frame that was given.

This was the most reasonable quote that I received. (Received a total of 6 quotes) Installation was completed very next day. I am very pleased with overall service. Would highly recommend.
