The technician was very skilled, he had to make a whole in wall for access and for my wishes he did behind shelves in garage without damaging them. I worried about rebuild after, but there was none. My only sadness was the price, it is not possible to know in advance but it was high. Anyway thank you for a work very well done.

Ryan was great. Found and fixed the problem in just a few hours. He kept the work area as minimal as possible and gave a recommendation for repairs needed to the ceiling. He's very personable and an asset to Central Air.

They charged me $50 for a guy to come in for 10 seconds and then try and charge me $500 for faucet washers. Waste of money.

BEWARE in my opinion I was RIPPED OFF and misled. I contacted Central Air and asked for an estimate to fix a leak in the water pipe near the water meter and two feet underground. I was told and agreed to pay $49.00 for them to come to my house and give me an estimate. Stan, the technician, came to our house and I showed the location of the pipe and leak. Without disclosing that I was going to pay more than the $49.00 for him to dig a hole in the soft earth, Stan began to dig. It took him less than 20 minutes to dig a hole 2 feet deep and about 2 in diameter. At that point, Stan had a lengthy telephone conversation with someone. After the phone conversation, I was given the estimate of $990.00 to repair the pipe. I said that the amount was much too high and was going to get another estimate. At that point, I was told that I was obligated to pay $675.00 for digging up the pipe. I was flabbergasted at the additional charge for an estimate. I ultimately gave in to letting them make the repair even though I was unhappy with the high price. After all, he was there and the pipe had a serious leak and was I obligated to pay most of the cost already. Not being a Plumber I deferred to Stan on how best to fix the leaking pipe. After he had finished and left I was able to research how to best fix such a leak. What I had was a 1 ¼-inch copper pipe with a hole in the bottom. What Stan used to stop the leak was a pipe clamp sold by Ace Hardware for emergency repair on ½ and ¾-inch pipes. I was told that this clamp was not intended for underground use. At this point, it appears to me that the technician used a clamp that did not fit in a place it was not designed for use. I am unhappy and have no confidence in the repair.

I hired this company to tighten the cable around the sink faucet, they did not gave me any estimate before starting. They barely worked for around 15-20 minutes and charged me $200 for that time. This is not right and I would not recommend them to anyone. Please make sure to check the price before agreeing to do the job.

The technician explained everything very well and offered different options. Since I am new to the area he showed me where my water valve is and explained how to shut it off in emergency. He went above and beyond!

Replaced my water heater and cleaned area up nice.

Same day appointment was a blessing. Called and 2 hours later they showed up. By 3pm, leak was fixed. They charge a flat rate. No hourly rates. While that seems to be cheaper, the two valve replacement still cost $625 which seems to be on the high side considering there was no drilling, no crawling, no difficulty. It was worth it because they resolved same day. I would call them again. Cody was friendly, patient, and informative. He explained the issue well and answered all my questions.

Excellent! They waived the initial fee to come out for an estimate. They came, explained our problem, gave some options from high to low. We chose a replacement water heater. Cody went and picked it up, installed it and we had hot water that afternoon!

For the job they did, they charged way to much. The person doing the job, did a great job. I think that they overcharged my wife's mother, who is 90 years old. They should not take advantage of the elderly.
