Came right out on a Sunday (of course, that was expensive, but I knew that, still reasonable). Fixed the problem short-term and let me know we would have to get a part from the manufacturer long-term. Prefessional, courteous, responsive.

The gentleman that arrived was very humble. He was quickly able to see the problem, fix it, then check the rest of the system. I had just installed a "Home Comfort" system and was impressed that the gentleman knew enough to start the air conditioner the way he needed. It gave me confidence in Central Air LLC AND the Home Comfort System. Thank you

Your customer service person called me back promptly and was probably the nicest customer service person I ever talked to. The service man was on time and completed the tuneup of our air conditioner in a timely fasion. He was very cutious.

I froze for four days and within 10 minutes of being in my home, I was warm again. For some reason I had the same problems a week later. They came out again and did a great job. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg, and the repairman was informative and explained to me what was going on. They are reasonable and prompt and actually care. I will recommend them to everyone I know. :)

Very friendly. Went above and beyond... But very expensive.
Response by Central Air, Inc.: This customer gave us only one star in every catagory, yet says we "went above and beyond"!!! Our prices are very competitive with other companies of our size in our market. We check with other companies regularly to make sure we keep our prices in the low range of the market.
