Central Arbor Tree Care

They just finished removing my tree and the stump. They did a really great job. Everywhere is so clean! They are nice and courteous. It was a pleasant experience. They are local, family run. it’s already so late! One can see they work so hard. wish them all the best in future! And their price was moderate.

I just had trees removed by Central Arbor Tree Care. Jeremy had come out previously & explained what he would remove & how he would do it. He & his crew were very professional & cleaned up the area when the job was complete. Jeremy was very easy to work with, did an excellent job, & I would definitely recommend his company.

Jeremy is a very knowledgeable arborist. He and his staff are also very professional and efficient. Jeremy took time to explain things and is very polite and personable!

We had a large ash tree removed and the stump ground out. Equipment mats were put down to protect the yard (not all services said they would do that). The crew seemed very safety conscious. The tree was bought down in a controlled manner. Heavy limbs were lowered by rope and not allowed to free fall and pockmark the lawn. Everything was cleaned up when they left.

Completed job professionally. They were great at communicating. They had to set up work with Ameren as very large oak tree overhung power lines and were difficult to access. Jeremy had them out within about a month and Andrew and his crew were on site to complete the work within a couple of days of Ameren wrapping up their part. I was very impressed with their safety especially since there was a lot of climbing involved. They also did great clean up and fixed the divits the weight of the branches caused in the yard. Would recommend them to EVERYONE!

The crew was very professional and performed intense detail for safety. I highly recommend Central Arbor Tree Care for the job. Forget the guy you found on Craigslist with a second-hand chainsaw and his grandfather's ladder held together with duct tape and baling wire. If you don't hire a pro I hope you have a decent umbrella policy. Thanks to Andrew, Isaiah, and Wes for doing an excellent job.

I had trouble finding anyone to take out my stump until I found these guys. , THey had it out in minutes. One thing was they would not come until they had talked to JULI about underground lines as the tree had been next to an easement

Jeremy called me within a couple of hours after I put in my request. He came out when he said he would and looked over the job I needed done. Once I agreed with his quote, he gave me a time frame that they would be out to do the actual job. He stopped by a couple of days ahead like he promised and told me then would start on Monday, 10/2. By the time I got home from work that day, they were just grinding the last couple of stumps. This job wasn't an easy one. I had a couple of trees leaving over towards my house, with one of them touching it. I also had a 35-40 foot tall dead tree with a double trunk and it was surrounded by other trees but also leaning towards my fence. Everything was done, as promised and all the debris was picked up and removed. My wife and I are extremely happy with the work they did and high recommend this company.

Outstanding and very impressive! Extremely professional and have top of the line equipment. They have a bit of a back log, but are worth the wait. They are a pleasure to work with.

These guys are fantastic! Not only do they do great work but I loved the focus on SAFETY. They were organized, clean and made short work of the project. They did exactly what was quoted, no issues, no damage to property or other items in their work area. Professional, courteous, and left my property clean. I also rated customer service at a 5.....I didn't have to wait for the bill to see if price adjustment was made, Jeremy called same day and made me aware of it. Excellent work you guys and I can't wait to have you back to cut the remaining 6-8 trees in the backyard! Thank You All So Much for a JOB WELL DONE!

Jeremy and his team were courteous, professional, and friendly from the first meeting until the completion of the job. The listened to my needs and made sure the job was done accordingly. They came to the house on time, did the work, allowed me to go to work, and when I came home the job was complete, cleaned up and very well done! They met and exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend them and will call them again when I have a need!

Jeremy and his team are true professionals. Jeremy was very responsive to my phone calls. Although we had to postpone tree removal due to rain it was worth the wait. They removed two very large trees in about 6 hours. One of them was really tricky because it was split down the middle and hanging over power lines. Watching them take it down was like observing a well choreographed dance. They knew exactly where every piece was going and as soon as it was on the ground it was taken away for shredding. Clean up was great. The crew was very respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and would certainly hire them again.

Jeremy phone within a half and hour of me making an appt. He came for and estimate the very next morning. He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Due to heavy rain hasn't done the work yet but feel very confident he is going to do a great job. I feel his price is very reasonable for all the trimming of trees and very large bushes that are over grown.

The guys had my tree down in no time and cleaned up very nicely. The men were very professional and cleaned up so you would never know I just had the tree removed. Highly recommend this company.
