Began project with proposal to replace deck rails with wrought iron, replacing wooden rails. Uncovered additional damage to structure from water damage. Used substandard lumber, rotten beams. Over ordered railings and other materials. Never used, but still reflected in cost. Had to have back a couple times to make things right. Now railings are very wobbly and loose. Did not use proper lag screws to secure railings. Unable to reach company to stand behind workmanship. Learned licensing suspended by ROC..

They never completed the project. We signed a contract in June of 2018 and I fired him in March of 2019 because the project was still incomplete. Mike would rarely return phone or text messages and never called me without my prompting to find out what the delay was. If you use this company, make sure you get a completion date with a heavy penalty for default.

This contractor recently finished a room addition on our home. My wife and I were not happy with how the project proceeded. The project was supposed to be completed in three months but took 5 ½ months. The contractor always had lots of excuses. We feel there were poor planning and management on this job and very poor communication from the contractor. We have quality concerns in some areas, starting with the concrete slab and plumbing. The finish work was sloppy with poor attention to detail. The job site was a mess throughout the entire project. We do not recommend this contractor to anyone.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He listened to what we wanted to have done to our block wall and did everything in the time frame promised. They even worked in the rain and hail to get the job done! I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to my friends.
