They far exceeded my expectations on price and quality. Not only that, I had been told by another company I would need to have an entire wall redone, but CACS showed me there was no underlying damage, so only a small repair was needed. They were honest and saved me hundreds of dollars, and the tub and wall look great! Highly recommended.

We bought a 20 year old house that had grout so dirty we were afraid it would have to be replaced. We decided to try cleaning it but didn't expect much. It came so clean we almost considered putting a clear coat on the grout to seal it. We settled for a light colored sealer to match the tile but not because the grout wasn't clean. It was an unbelievable result. Would definitely recommend Bobby and his company.

The previous homeowners left years of dirt, chipped and missing grout and dis colored tiles. The grout and tiles were cleaned, the grout repaired and both the grout and tile sealed. It looks fantastic.

The owner, Bobby Hammons, is a terrific guy and does EXCELLENT work at a reasonable and competitive price. I had him come out, look over my dirty gutters (that I had tried to clean them myself without much success); he was able to use his knowledge and experience to come up with a cleaning solution that was better than the gutter cleaners that had been recommended and available through such home improvement places such as Home Depot and Lowe's. He and Josh, his assistant, came out, and worked diligently to get rid of the mildew, dirt and streaking and did it in a matter of just a couple of hours. They were even kind enough to go up on my roof and fix a piece of outside lining to my chimney that had worked itself lose without charge. I'm planning on having Bobby come back out later in the summer and do several other jobs. The first is to power spray my drive way; the second is to thoroughly clean and seal the tile floors in our kitchen and master bath. Heck, it seems they do just about everything when it comes to cleaning floors, carpets and of course, gutters/siding. If you hire Mr. Hammons I would say without fear of doubt you will be very happy and satisfied with the quality, price and promptness of his work. Do yourself a favor: hire the man and his company. You won't go wrong.

The work they did in my home was great. I have used so many different types of cleaners myself but never received these types of results. The very 1st time they cleaned it made my tiles look brand new again!
