Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
Did not establish a routine--never knew when or if they were mowing the lawn. More interested in fast in, fast out with no concern for details or customer satisfaction even after speaking with them as to our dissatisfaction. We wanted to be able to depend on them to keep our lawn neat and blend in with our surrounding neighbors. Our neighbors questioned us as to why our lawn was not being maintained while we were on vacation. Needless to say, we thought it was being maintained. As of July 1, our summer property is still waiting for the dock area to be cut. We have been forced to do it ourselves. We can't depend on them.
