About us
Central Florida Renovations, LLC, provides services above and beyond all others. I am the owner, Chuck Semans, started learning the construction business when I was only 12. At the age of 20 I joined and later retired from the Navys elite construction team, The Navy Seabees, as a highly decorated sailor. After retirement, Chuck worked for several large construction companies as a Project Manager and eventually a Department Head. He got a firsthand look at how many contractors made promises, didnt show up, delivered poor service, or simply took money and never returned. Wanting to be different, Chuck started with a goal to be On Time, Every Time. Using this philosophy the company has grown even during our lean times. We have been blessed to work for such great companies including some of the following: Essian Construction, Mr. Richard Shassian Projects include: Framing of Alaqua Country Club Volcano Coffee Shop at UCF Bay Hill Custom Home Grace Church
