This company, that before went under the name of Elmo's appliance repair. Charged my credit card for a repair on my dryer, they installed a part that later on failed. I called them and they do not stand by their work and want to charge me $85 for coming out and check the part.

Elmo charged me $85 and was unable to fix my microwave. Elmo did not come during our appointment time. Over the phone he had poor skills.
