I first gave them about a 4 star rating but now that I have a problem with their work they will not answer my calls. No matter when you call the man that did the work ( about 20 times) it goes to voice mail and you never get a call back. If you call the company phone no. it rings just once then transfers to another phone that rings busy. I Cant seem to get back to my first review to change It all I see 4 reviews on home advisor and the all are 5 stars. I don"t know where my first review went. All I can say is that if you do not have a problem with their work you might be all right. But if you do have a problem. GOOD LUCK

Phil was most efficient and worked with me. I had a medical emergency and he was most willing to work with a friend who handled it for me. I can only tell you I will recommend him to everyone who needs work done. Thank you for the help. Betty Penkert

Great experience from start to finish. Started and finished when promised. Very courteous and professional.

Tough job completed on schedule in spite of daily rain. Did more than bid without extra charges. Would recommend company for any deck refinishing project.

Phil was very professional and very thorough. It was a new type of design for him but he was willing to be a little daring. He has a good eye for design and was very easy to work with.

They left us in a mess. The floors are still tacky and we are going into the fourth week. The floors are messed up and one room has a dime sized hole in it. The corners are not done. Where the concrete meets the others floors the concrete height does not match. They had to go to another job after 2 weeks and left one room. They went in and out of our windows and now we are having a problem with our alarm system.

Phil gave us detailed explanation of the work to be done and its cost and gave us local references to see. The driveways were excellent and we moved forward with the job. Phil met all his commitments and we very pleased with the result. We would recommend him!

We hired them because they called back quickly, Phil was very nice and we liked what he had to say, and he had a lot of really good reviews already. Also the product he uses on driveways doesn't have to be sealed ever again, saving us a lot of money over the years them because they did such a good job. Phil and the other two men seemed very picky how they did the job. Very patient with us, answered any question we had thru the whole job. Phil seems like he is someone you can hire and feel secure he is going to do the best job possible. We would hire him again. Ken and Suzy. We are recommending them.

Phil repaired & repainted my driveway in Jan.'17 (see review) He just completed my garage floor. As usual work was excellant along w/customer service. He also did a driveway painting for a neighbor I referred him to. Very pleased w/his work and company . Re-hired Phil Feb.'17 to re-paint garage floor. Again work was excellant,price was reasonab HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Phil was very professional, knowledgeable and hard-working as were his staff. He was prompt. They covered bushes and plants when grinding off the old paint and cleaned up each day.

Phil kept us informed as to when he would proceed with the job on our lanai. When the weather turned cool, he advised us as to when he would arrive and continue with the work. We are very satisfied with the job and will use him in the future.

Right from the initial meeting w/Phil I sensed from him that he understood my concerns. He was extremely patient and professional, explaining what repairs were needed and the process involved to repair the driveway and sidewalk. All through the process he explained what he was accomplishing and how the finished product would look. As owner of a luxury vacation home rental mangement company, I hire many contractors all of the time to do all sorts of work. I have grown used to experiencing many associated problems but Phil's concrete co. was a pleasant surprise. I had Phil re-do a fairly lengthy section of exposed aggregate concrete driveway, replacing most with same and some with pavers. From our initial contact to our first meeting to the job start and up through job completion, Phil was always professional, knowledgable, courteous and--actually unusually punctual for his industry. He definitely has a lot of integrity, is very fair, and his subs seem to be nice guys who respect him. Overall, I would give the experience 4.5-5 stars due to some minor product mismatch which was really out of Phil's control and some minor cleanup issues he will probably resolve-but I have every reason to believe most jobs this company does are 5 or even SIX stars. I would definitely contact them and only them for my future concrete jobs.

Custom Concrete did everything they were hired to do. Had some quality control problems, and several attempts were made to fix the issue. I was not totally satisfied with the end results. Phil, was very courteous and seemed to know his profession. I would hire them again.
