Central Home Inspections

Mike and his daughter performed the inspections. He was responsive to my questions and doubts and was able to set up the appointment for the next day. I would have expected that the smoke detectors along with the doorbell to be tested - I didn't think of this until after the inspection. I did ask him to check some of the lights (porch, closet) that maybe would have been missed. Price was higher than most but he was able to accommodate my timing.

Every aspect of working with Michael & Central Home Inspections has exceeded my expectations. The level of responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail have been absolutely fantastic. He was able to get out to the home within 48 hours, and had our inspection report to us within 24 hours of the inspection, which was on a Friday. We are 2 hours from the home we purchased and really needed someone we could count on as we would not be present for the inspection. Michael was the perfect choice and clearly had our best interests at heart. He was happy to answer numerous questions, provide guidance, and has left us feeling very confident in our choice to purchase this home. 5 stars!!
