Electrician was very pleasant. Only problem was that he was not able to give me a receipt for my payment at the time of service. He would have sent me an on-line receipt if I emailed him.

He quoted me $75/hr and told me it is going to take more than 2 hrs to finish the job at my place. When the guy came it took him less than half hour to finish and he still charged me $150 saying I have to pay for the travel time and it took him 45mins to get here. Very poor way to change customers, I see previous reviews from this guy saying he would change prices on you. Be very careful hiring him.

The guys came in, assessed the work and completed my outlet covers quickly..they had white outlet covers with them in the van and were able to complete the istallation with 3 guys..

He quoted me one price on the phone but charged more when he got to my home.

"Anna, I am sorry that you misunderstood the fee for a service call plus the hourly rate. I did speak with you about this over the phone prior to coming to your house for service and then again once you received your bill. I reviewed the pricing schedule with you and deducted some money from your bill on the spot. I am sorry that you were still unsatisfied with my services."
