A Grade Painting

Fantastic experience. I had sent Shad a detailed report of what I wanted and of places I specifically wanted addressed for my exterior entire home painting (no contrast color--all the same color for the entire exterior and this was basically the same color already on the home's exterior). I felt the quote of using a high quality, rain shedding, Sherwin-Williams paint, along with all the complete prep work was a reasonable price for a 2 story home. This also included a chimney that was on top of the home and needed to be done by roof access (my roof has a very steep pitch) and also 2 coats of paint sprayed on. If there had been any damaged areas that needed repair, as none was initially visible, that was not included in my quote. The job took 3+ days as the home needed to be power-washed and there was a LOT of prep work. The work done by Drew and Ivan was superb and almost 100% flawless. The windows and doors were completely masked off and there was great attention to detail. (They even painted a disconnected portion of downspout so that if it gets re-installed it will match!) The 3rd gentleman helping, along with Drew and Ivan and Shad were all very courteous and polite and very easy to work with, and approachable regarding possible future painting jobs elsewhere within the house. There was a very minor touch-up needed and this was more than promptly addressed and corrected. I had one particular plant that I was extremely concerned about and they took care to try to not injure it. I would not hesitate to have them return for additional painting work exterior (which I won't need for a few more years) or interior jobs as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, I am highly impressed by the quality of work and this entire experience!

This was an excellent exterior painting project. Drew did a phenomenal job! He worked hard in unbearable heat and had the job done in a day and a half. Shad is a great owner/operator and definitely went the extra mile for us. You can't go wrong with A Grade Painting, their prices are the best!
