They were great. I was unable to stay at my home while they worked. Yet before i was home they had finished everything. Everything was working perfectly. They are trustworthy and hardworking. I plan on hiring them for all my plumbing jobs.

Service was very responsive and friendly. However, service was described as a drain clearing and when they called to say job was complete, they said drain was paritally open. I asked that I was told that drain would be cleared. They said "what did iyou expect" that the drain clearing consisted of a "snake" service and that a complete clearing would require water jets - which costs more and apparently was not included in the original quote. So, Although job was completed quickly and at a reasonable price, I am still left with a partially cleared drain that I was not expecting, Make sure to get the full scope of work before agreeing to job.

They were competent and the tecnician was helpful and honest. They were 3 hours late for the appointment.

They replaced one of my sump pumps and although they were running late, they were able to quickly do the work. I was satisfied with the job and would definitely call them again.

Greg from CMC was very prompt, professional and competitive with his estimate. Mark was the plumber who did the actual work. Mark was prompt, friendly, very competent as he knows his job and knows how to make the customer feel comfortable. Mark did two tours of duty in the Middle East with the Marine Corps and his honesty is refreshing. They communicated clearly and efficiently about providing service to replace our sump pump. They were always on time; to provide an evaluation and then to return for the replacement. They were fast, friendly, clean and efficient. They were clear about the price up front; it never changed.

The person who fixed my leaky toilet was prompt and professional. His charge was very reasonable.

cleaned my main drain, was reluctant to guarantee but did give me two weeks when the employee billed me, i reminded him about the guarantee, he stated they usually don't guarantee and when he couldn't get in touch with mike he said ok I'll write the guarantee on the bill. I had other plumbing work for them to do he stated he would have someone out on Friday ( day after thanksgiving), He never showed. I called on Saturday, Mike stated they were off for the holidays and scheduled for Monday but never showed. They cleaned my drain but follow up was not good, I hope I don't have to call them back about my drain, I'm not sure the would show up

I was unable to be there for the installation but had a family member there to observe. I was informed that the installer was there early and was very friendly. Die to a mistake on my end, the size water heater I chose would not work and another would be needed. With question or complain, the installer left and promptly returned, installed the new water heater and left. Quick, professional service. Thank you!

They identified the probable cause on the phone, came out and established that it was in fact the cause and fixed it. I believe that their charges were reasonable and did not charge extra even though it was a Sunday.

The day I called was the day of my installation. The installation was approx. 4 hours and not once did the two gentlemen complain. They were very neat and polite They also made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I'm so glad I chose Central Mechanical!

i called Mike, and he sent someone after 1 hour on Sunday for a normal service, which is quite amazing to me. The plumber is very professional and knows what he is doing. He cleaned the clogg with two tools which charged me a bit more than what I discussed with Mike over the phone. I think the overall price is still fair considering he is working on Sunday. They are very helpful and I will hire them again in the future when need plumber.
