We had a service call on Thanksgiving weekend, Saturday. Oil furnace. We were told the motherboard went out and could not be replaced. We would have to get a new system. Manager would call us about options. No call until Thursday. Had another company come out on Tues. Simple fix! Piece of carbon the size of a piece of rice on ignition wire stopping it from making contact. Asked for refund. Agreed to refund Dec 18th. Didn't get it until 1/15 after MANY calls and promises. NEVER AGAIN!

The company gave us some options to choose from and after deciding which heat pump worked best for us, they schedule our unit to be put in right away. The tech did a great job and was very knowledgeable. he explained everything he did and explained and showed us how to set our thermostat on our new unit.

The service guy was helpful and even gave me advice e on the my furnace which was not in the job but $90 was a steep price for a tutorial which was not the fault of the company , just a result of my ignorance and fear of gas appliances
