He is bad at communication, does not return phone calls. does poor quality work, does not show up on the job when he says he will be there. I feel he has been dishonest and does not accurately represent what he is qualified to do.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Ryan Dean is the contractor. We paid. Mr dean a substatial down payment (4k+) his worker has removed the bath tub n surround exposing the studs n old insulation. Another bathroom wall was torn apart. Since then the contractor has not been back. We've tried to call him but no avail. I would not recommend this contractor or his company to anyone. We will be seeking legal action against Mr dean n his company.

Our team tried their best to accommodate your pole building request prior to your scheduled bathroom remodel. This put our team behind schedule on our other jobs, and therefore we will not be able to finish your bathroom remodel on your your time schedule. We are always willing to go above and beyond and we should have said NO to the unscheduled pole building. Gary B[Consumer name withheld at their request] had called and stated that he did not want us to finish the pole building and focus on the bath remodel.We will not be charging for the removal of your items, and can still have those items picked up at no charge as well. Hired him and he was paid upfront. It has been one 6 months and he has put one day of work in on a 7-8 day project. I cannot get a hold of him anymore and he does not respond to texts. Very interesting way to do business. I am a Contractor and it like this that give contractors a bad name.

Response time was unbelievable. I called on Thursday and they came and installed it on Sunday! They have a great work ethic and are extremely accommodating with great follow through. I highly recommend them and I am very particular.
