Foremen and crews were on time, well equipped, hard working and highly efficient at completing contracted work. Collaborative effort in achieving desired goals. Job site was clean when crews departed. The property now has excellent defensible space and healthy tree stands. The neighbors are also very complimentary.

I wish I could give Brett and team 10 stars! Cannot recommend these guys enough. I moved into a rental property with trees that had been neglected for years. You name it - a giant sappy ponderosa, pest infestation, trees falling over the fence, dead trees, root rot, pine beetle, scale - I inherited all kinds of problems. The Tree Experts not only helped take care of EVERYTHING, but Brett was super informative and shared a lot of great knowledge to help me learn about each tree and care for them moving forward so they can thrive. The whole team was fun, interesting, super professional and great at what they do. And the office team was on it too! Best arborists in Central Oregon for sure. Thanks everyone!

We had to make changes to the initial plan and the company was very flexible to send over a estimator just weeks before the work was to be done. Very happy with the communication within the company to deal with changes and communication back with us the customer.

They were nice and showed up on time and did a great job for a reasonable price.

Overall. Great job in the end. They did come back at my request to accommodate my need for job completion and did a great job although I was extremely offended by the cutter poor attitude and lack of respect and may consider another tree trimming company based on that alone. Work-wise, very good, the response from the office staff was great. I just question if putting up with the attitude of the trimmer is worth rehiring from this company again for future projects. I will have to think about it.

If you have a big job or just a big tree, you should choose this business. I called every arborist and tree expert in town, and none of them would touch my pine trees with a ten foot pole because they apparently don't have one? Half of the other business didnt even call me back and the two bids I got where set so high! One guy that looked at the trees was so scared to do the job that he basically just blew us off. Central oregon tree experts came out fast and gave us the best price in town. They are professionals and have the equipment to do hard jobs in the worst conditions. This is the only company I would trust in Central Oregon.

The group was recommended by the Operations Manager for our community HOA. They gave great advice and service with tres in our personal yard Brett was great!!!

Great crew! Very friendly and professional.

Arborist took down a 40 foot tall, multi trunked Willow. Got it down without any damage to roof or fence. Clean-up crew was highly efficient. Professional folks.

Did a fairly decent job. Office staff and owners were very helpful but the tree cutter was rude, would not pay attention to my requests and hostile because he was sent back to finish off the job. Overall, the work was good although not exactly what I had in mind it looks good and would be willing to use them again but would request someone other then the worker who I dealt with do the job instead although his work was good the attitude was a bit much to deal with.
