Called Central Service for a refridge repair. I had used them in past. Technician ROD came at the end of his shift, which was within 90 minutes of my initial call. I explained my problem. He diagnosed and repaired and cleaned up, all in 50 minutes. I always see $$$ signs when a technician comes. The bill was reasonable $245.00. He was professional and honest. Refridge is working well. Will definitely call again if needed.

You are paying for two people here. A $60 fee of acceptance to come to your home and the repair fee of an individual to come and repair. Was totally ripped off and lied to regarding repair. Will never use again.

Repairman was able to figure out the problem but was unable to fix my ice maker due to the manufacturer no longer making the part I needed. Repairman took less than 20 minutes to figure out the problem but had to charge the full service even though he could not fix the issue.

From the website, to the customer service rep, to the technician, they were wonderful! Not only were they very friendly, but also very knowledgeable. This is a hard combo to find. I will 100% use them for all my appliance repair needs!

They worked on our refrigerator: Cleaned out tubes (which had frozen) & fixed it up really nice. They did a good job!
