WARNING avoid this business at all costs, this is an incredibly dangerous business to work with. Read in full past reviews on Google.This contractor misleads and manipulates to the fullest. I did two separate projects with this contractor. This is a husband and wife team and they are not properly licensed by the TN Board of Licensing Contractors. They are not on file and I did not realize this. Chris is a sub-contractor charging full contract rates and above for general AC work and they have no commercial presence. This business has no website, no email and the images online do not represent this business. Not to mention communication is a complete nightmare and if you want something done on your time forget it. The second project I had done Chris left my home at 9:00PM knowing fully well it would take an entire day to do the work. He did no t start work till almost noon. I would also like to point out there is a difference between providing a service and charging for it but taking advantage of people is another and that is precisely what Chris and Heather do very well. I was charged $100 for simple parts that cost $6 at wholesale and $400 for example just for a bottle of sealant for my AC coil ($30 at Walmart). These are just examples. When Chris mentions one price it means that plus additional parts which youâ ll find out about later. When he arrives he tries to start work and tries avoiding going over any numbers. Once work is complete he sends you an invoice over your phone that is hundreds if not thousands more than agreed to after the work is completed. Try and get him to come out and discuss a quote he does not want to so he can show up and charge hundreds if not thousands more. Try and confirm parts or prices by text you will never hear from them. I can back some of these issues by my ADT video and audio footage. You will be charged services fees, labor fees and you will even be required to pay a 3.5% fee for any credit or debit cards. Find a real professional company like Maynard electric that is licensed, bonded and that actually backs their work and has management to deal with issues. Its not worth trying to think about saving a bit of money especially when there are these many issues. When I disputed one of my invoices I was talked over, yelled at, threatened with a mechanics lien if I disputed and called an asshole by Heather. Chris does AC work as his job and then on the side they both flip homes making money. Supposedly within a six year span when living in Florida I was told they flipped somewhere close to 30 homes. Now tell me that is not shady for two individuals. Get your estimate beforehand, what you were told certainly is not what your bill is going to be. Try and make things correct you will get a convoluted and mixed story followed by incorrect information including lies.

Chris was very straightforward and efficient with diagnosing the problem, and then immediately set forth fixing it. Also told me about what was wrong and checked everything else in the process. Didn t try to up sell me just did the work and was very friendly!

Chris was very honest and sincere. Knowing I was in a financial bind he even went as far as to give me a discount and lots of positivity. I definitely recommend him and will use him in the future.

This is a small family business. The father and son who came out were very kind and very helpful. The price he quoted me was reasonable and I agreed but, once the invoice came, the price was higher than what the owner quoted. I recommend this company to give one price and stick to it. Do not tell your customers you are adding something for free then a few days later, charge them for it.

They were very expensive and when I asked them to send me an invoice itemizing the work performed they simply sent me the total of the bill.

Our Trane A/C stopped working, we contacted thru home advisor Central Sun and received an immediate return phone . We had called another local shop and never got a call back. Chris came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. The longest wait time was for the new part. Central Sun called several times to keep us updated. They called when part arrived, and came out the next morning. Very nice folks, great customer service. Even called to see if everything was working later that day. Very knowledgeable , would recommend .

Excellent customer service. Chris son was very respectable. Both were very personable. The bottom line is they got the job done. However, they were extremely high. Cost $75 for diagnosis, $350 to replace the existing thermostat with a programmable thermostat that cost $55 at Walmart (found out later). This is in addition to the service call price. The diagnose was wrong after installing the thermostat, so they had to come back. The heat came on while they were there but it did not stay on. To their credit, they came back the same day. Looked at the furnace again and they found the problem. Then charged me $150 additional labor. I am left miffed about the $75 misdiagnosis and the unreal $300 worth of thermostat labor that took 30 minutes. However, again, they got the furnace running again. Mixed satisfaction.

Chris is awesome. I totally trust him to help me and all my rental properties at a fair price. He understands my priorities, is relatable, and just all around awesome.

Chris and Ben provided service during a minor crisis. When all other organizations were unavailable and wouldn t provide service after hours, Chris and Ben showed up. They were kind, provided thorough explanations of the process. Highly recommend!
