Central Insulation

This company is a scam. Terrible people. Bad character. Poor management. Employees talk crap about owner Ben nonstop. They barely put up any spray insulation and got it all over the place. They did not cover up as they were supposed to causing thousands in damages. The owner/manager would not respond when I told them they did not put up the insulation as promised. They covered up their work sneaking into the property. (I have a detached garage on the backside of the property.) I have photos of everything and documented the whole project. They peed on my garage, why not walk to the woods it is 10 feet away? They left the doors wide open when they left. Then they did not respond to any communication. Finally, a month later he calls back to say he wants to fix it and gave me a sob story. I gave him a chance. His project manager came out and agreed that the workers did a crap job and did not do the work. So the owner said the project manager and a good team would fix the problem and make it right. They did nothing and then tried to say they were done. Never said anything about the items and flooring they damaged. He sent out the wrong people and not the project manager as promised. His employees are beyond rude. Walked away mid-sentence while I was talking to them about cleaning up this time and not causing further damages. Well, they left my garage a mess of insulation foam and trim garbage. The owner again tried making a bunch of excuses and did not wind up coming out or doing the job we agreed to. Now I have to pay another company to tear out his mess and start over and now redo my flooring and fix his other damages. Very displeased with this company. Update. Now even though they did not do the work, they are trying to charge me double what the original bid was and didnâ t address the damages. Good thing I have excellent lawyers and will be filing to have his license revoked and suing him for damages.

They were the only company that we interviewed that knew of the availability of a rebate from Center Point Energy. They said we would qualify for it and just this week we received a $371 rebate check!

We hired them to insulate our attic. They did a great job. When we I initially contacted them they were under different management. Due to this we had some miscommunication but they were quick to resolve the issue. The project turned out great.

From scheduling the estimate through completing the job they were punctual. The crew answered my questions, even as they worked, in a polite manner and they cleaned up when finished so you didn’t know they had been there.

There was a minor issue with the installation, but they came out to fix it in short order.

Larry the owner showed true respect during the estimate and scheduling. There was a mix-up with the install date and he rearranged his schedule to make sure that he accommodated us. The works were on time and finished the job well. They also answered all of our questions. You really get a bang for your buck here!

From the start I was impressed with the owners wealth of information about insulation. After all of questions were answered I was informed that I would receive an estimate my email. The estimate was within my buget plans and I received it timely, don't underestimate this company!
