Very happy with his knowledge in construction. His write up was great for my contractor to do his bid off of to correct the problems he found.

John was awesome! He showed up right on time and was very friendly and helpful. He was happy to explain everything to me and even gave me several homeowner tips as well. His inspection was very thorough. He had noticed a lot of things I didn t notice myself when I first walked through. He put together a very detailed list I used to negotiate with the sellers and also will have as a roadmap for improvements I would like to make in the future. It s not always common to hire someone that is on time, affordable and thorough and a John is one of the few Inspectors that actually has all three qualities!

The inspector was very honest and treated us like one of his family members buying a home. We made our ultimate decision based on the one on one conversation with him, going through the house and its issues. As we are still looking for a home, we will most likely use him again.
