FABULOUS!! Ten Star Rating!!!!!! I can't truly say I hired Richard though. He called me 5 minutes after I contacted Service Master, and over the phone he diagnosed the problem with my central vacuum AND told me how to fix it, free of charge! Now that's service! Honest, efficient, and straightforward. I will definitely always call Central Vacuum Experts, whether for service or if/when we need a new system.
