Victor was on time and was able to get reinstall of central vac system very quickly. Be sure to let Galaxie know that you have a dog. This way they can tell Victor ahead of time.

I found the consultant easy to work with.They were fast and efficient. I had ordered attachments and a hose from another party and they sent me the wrong one. My service guy took the hose, exchanged it for a new one for me and fixed an outlet free of charge. They really went the extra mile there.

Very unhappy. Contractor installed different units (requires bags) than planned, in a different location and did not install units where there was power. Had to hire electrician to install dedicated lines. Installed cut into wall and directed another contractor to fix his mess and to install the wall outlet. This was not acceptable. Installed said units operable but they had no power. We had to request bags for the units as they were not included. Units were supposed to be vented but were not. Poor communication. Poor service even though they showed up when they said they would.

They had to replace a motor in my vacuum system and did a great job.

They came, they fixed, they left. Wonderful. Didn't get perfect score because they were a tad late (with no phone call) and the service call was a bit pricier than I expected, but they did what they came to do, and they did it well!!
