I had surveillance cameras mounted around my home. They were placed where I requested and showed the areas that I wished to observe. This is something a previous company refused to do. All work was completed in a timely manner and clean-up afterward was through.

They were extremely professional and had a great sense of humor. They are hard working and their work ethic is incredible. They never complain even through the weather. I can't believe their work ethic, they were amazing. Travis, Chris and Travis 2.0 where the ones who worked for me.

We had a rush situation where a neighbor is trying to make up non existent problems so he can force us to get rid of our dogs. Travis understood the situation and rushed out a team in just a few days. They installed a four camera system so we can watch the front of our house and the common fence line with the problem neighbor. Even though Tony and Michael had some technical issues to sort out with the system they worked through it and got the system up and running. Works great and we now have a system that allows us to down load actual video to discredit the false claims of the neighbor. We can even watch on our smart phones. The images are very clear. I will hire them again to expand our coverage around the entire house in the near future.

I talked to Travis (older man) about the project on Sep 17th. We settled on a date, Sep 21st at 8 am. On Sep 21st I received a call that there was a family emergency and another date would have to be booked. Later that morning, we settled for the following day. The next day Michael and Travis (younger man, different from whom I had spoken to over the phone) arrived to conduct the work. When it came time to pull the wire through the wall, I noticed they were only using their hands to tap on the wall to listen to the sound of the wood to determine density. Travis started to use his buck knife to start a hole. I asked if they had a stud-finder and was told they forgot it. I told them I have a stud-finder but haven't used it in a long time so I don't know if the batteries were still good. I obtained my stud-finder and we used the device to locate the stud in the wall. We found out that Michael drilled on the opposite side of the stud as that was where the wire was located. I asked if he could drill one more time closer to where I wanted the wires to exit the wall since we knew where the stud was located and the one wire was just on the other side of the stud. Michael drilled another hole and was able to pull the four cat 5e wires through the opening. When Michael was enlarging the opening of the wall he was using a buck knife. I asked him if he could use a hole-saw, commonly-used equipment to cut a clean hole. Michael went outside to obtain a hole-saw and completed the task. Once the wires were through the wall and the cameras were all connected, I asked if he had fastened the wires to a stud in the attic to prevent someone from tripping on the wire if any future work would be conducted in the attic. He agreed that would be a good idea to prevent tripping on the wire. I only wanted the wire to be secured in spots where it was common for a worker to walk so he installed a few clips to make the area safer. When I spoke to the first Travis (older man), I mentioned clips to secure the cat 5e wire and just assumed it had been done by the end of the work day. If it wasn't for my attention as a home owner, I would not have had as nice of an installation. So owner supervision was critical. I called Travis after the men completed the work to find out about the paperwork and payment of the second half of the full amount owed. He took my credit card number for the second half of the payment and I asked about the paperwork that I needed to sign. He said Travis and Michael forgot to pick up the paperwork as it was still on the desk but he could email it to me and I would get it in either one hour or up to twenty four hours later. That was Friday, today is Tuesday and I still have not received the paperwork I should have signed prior to the beginning of this job. I changed my mind about hiring them and looked elsewhere. They will not return my deposit of $1,387. I requested it be returned but they won't return it because of the contract I signed but this isn't a legally binding contract. I'm thinking about taking them to small claims court. I'll be requesting triple the amount that I gave them. I've heard that this happened to someone else who changed their mind too.

Travis was able to come visit us the same day we called, and he provided a quote in person. Michael installed the cameras for us and did a great job! It was done within our preferred time frame and we had no complaints during the process or afterwards. I would definitely recommend them!

Very reasonabble price and on time service

This is the company to use. We had used a previous company in Modesto to upgrade our security system and DVR. We had nothing but problems. It was a nightmare and our DVR quit working after 16months. I so wish I had found this company when I installed the first time. Travis is wonderful! Kept in contact with us. Got our system up and running in one day so we could remotely access it during our vacation. Michael, the tech that came out was wonderful also. I cannot say enough good things about them. Don't go to anyone else. This is the company to use. We feel very fortunate to have found them. They are my company from now on. When my contract is up with Bay Alarm I will be contacting them to take over my alarm system. Wonderful company!!!!!!!!!!

The work vrew was great. They explaind what was going on.product is great. Salles man also explaned the cost and the schedule of when it was going to been done. Instalation for 8 cameras only took them about 5 hours.
