The estimate was not clear on exactly what they would do. The final project was not what I expected it to be I was disappointed with the final results.

Sorry to hear you weren't satisfied. You were given a great price to clean windows that were very neglected. Once our technicians were at the job you decided to have them start removing stickers as well that was not in your quote. They did the best they can for the time they were there. You were not charged for the over time they had worked. We had them come back for free to remove some hard water spots that won't come off with purified deionized water or window cleaner at no extra of charge. Plus as courtesy we did not charge taxes as you are a business.

As a homeowner we have dealt with many different contractors, most of them are very unreliable and very unprofessional. These folks not only from the day that I submitted the request for service they called me back within 30 minutes, they showed up right on time just like promised. We just purchased our home been in it for only one week these guys made our property Shine One of our neighbors we havenâ  t even met yet walk down to talk to them about doing their home. Five stars all the way around
