Excellent work. Refinished my oak staircase and several wood panels that were damaged by a roof leak. Also, did some drywall repair and preventive roof work. I was highly satisfied with all the work done and it was very reasonable priced. The worker who did the repairs was friendly, competent and truly a jack of all trades This company offers a great service to the community.

The job was to reinstall some fallen rafters and replace roofing in an outbuilding that had suffered damage during a heavy snow. They took weeks to schedule the job. They did not keep me in the loop and I had to call them to get information. When they arrived late, they did not come prepared. They clearly did not know what the job entailed. They had no materials or equipment. This after they charged me $2,158.00 for materials (this was 56% of the total bid) and they used maybe $700.00. They stayed two hours. They returned the next day, late again. They still did not have everything and they needed to use our cement and our beams. All in all this job took 3 days of which they were here on-site about 8 hours. The work is slap dash and shoddy. It looks bad and they did not do what they said they were going to do to put the rafters back in place. When they left they took all of the unused building materials and some of our lumber with them. They did return the beams a couple of days later after I called and complained. I have another job they were supposed to do. This second project is a minor interior tile job. Even though I have purchased all materials needed to complete this project, they charged me materials for this job as part of the 56% in material charges. My opinion is that this is an untrustworthy company that has very poor customer service. I would never hire them again and I would not recommend them.

"I am sorry that you were dissatisfied with your service. We strive to serve 5-star quality every time. I would agree my guys arrived later than expected. Due to the distance, we were traveling there were some timing issues. As far as pricing and materials we provided the quote based on our conversation that was accepted by you. We made the new girder truss, reattached rafters using the proper hangers and then installed the metal and the posts. I believe the work they completed to fix the structure was actually more due to it falling down further and being more damaged in the time it took to get approval and get out to the site. As far as the quote that has materials on it. We never would have charged for anything we didn't provide. You can contact me anytime and I will do everything in my power to make it right. In our effort to strive for high customer service we no longer accept jobs in this are to allow quicker turn around times for projects."

Tim and his team are phenomenal. It is rare these days to find a company that will literally take care of just about any home needs a person might have. Service was friendly, prompt, and professional with excellent quality. Exceptional attention to detail. Very customer-focused. Tim and Bryon appeared polite and professional at first, but when our sink faucet was not fixed after their 2nd visit to work on it, they abandoned us. Tim left a confusing voice mail telling us he would replace the entire faucet then he said he felt we should pay for it, even after they replaced new parts to our remaining faucet. Then Tim called back leaving a voicemail saying he couldn't afford to spend more time and effort on our faucet and would defer to a plumber. Hence, he abandoned us with a leaky faucet. Due to the confusing voice mail, Home Advisor was able to reach out to this contractor and found out that the contractor wanted to replace the faucet but have a plumber install it. I contacted Tim, and we agreed that if they would replace a new faucet, we would pay a professional plumber to install it. The faucet was dropped off the same day, and the new contractor installed the faucet, not problem. I would have to say that clear communication needs to be worked on for this company. There was no follow-up from the contractor who stated he expected me to call him from the voicemail he left. However, it is remarkable to me that if he was expecting a call, and didn't receive one after six days, that he might have reached out to his customer, making sure that customer understood his offer of a new faucet. Other than the faucet, this company has replaced a new dish washer and hauled away the old one for us, installed a TV wall unit, and fixed a door latch for us. All good work.

"We completed quality work promptly. This old faucet needed replaced. They decided to replace the parts instead of the faucet. The insert was fixed and not leaking, Then the hose started leaking a week later so we went back and fixed that. When the next part started leaking, we recommended to have a plumber come redo all of the plumbing under the sink ( instahot and all) so that all of the future leaks would be stoped. We also gave her a free faucetg for the plumber to install. We explained everything to the best of our ability. We had also done several other projects for her with a great reviews from her. We har sincerly sorry for any confusion and we did everything possible to make sure this was right. Anwnser #2 We did expect a call back after we left a message do to the call history. Before. When we left the message with the plumbers recomendation, we asked you to call with any questions. I am sorry for the confusion but we did everything we could to help."
