Centurion Moving & Storage, LLC

Centurion has moved us twice now and we would use them again if we were to move.

Movers showed up with my household goods at noon. Overall they were professional and respectful. However they were trying to complete the job (unload, unpack, and reassemble) in one day. At 6:30pm I asked them to wrap it up and come back tomorrow since they were not done unloading and havenâ t started unpacking or reassembling. The owner called me and claimed I refused entry to the house, slammed the door in the face of the crew which is a total lie, called me a selfish narcissist, and stated that the remainder of my stuff would be placed in storage until he was compensated for schedule delays. He called me back later to continue harassing me and was very unprofessional. Overall if your job goes smooth, it will be fine. If you need customer service or to trust the supervisor/owner, look elsewhere.

Jimmy and his crew were extremely professional and efficient. They moved everything in a timely manner, assured our things were in good hands, and took great care to move our belongings quickly and safely, navigating stairs and corners. They were friendly, polite, and we were very happy with the service we got. The only hiccup, and it was mostly our fault, is a statuette that was still hanging on the wall got knocked off by the shelf they were carrying out and broke. I blame myself because I had taken care to remove everything else from the walls, but somehow I missed that. :( Absolutely fair price for the market.

I worked well with the moving crew and was able to reduce the actual amount of time required to move to a nearby town. Centurion refunded monies for time quoted but not used. This is definitely a company with integrity.
