Century Cross Appraisals has over 10 years experience in the Residential Appraisal business. Fully licensed and certified as a "Residential Certified Appraiser". Make sure your appraiser is not just a "Licensed Appraiser", but has passed the advanced national certification exam which is what most banks and mortgage companies require today. I specialize in appraisals for estates, divorce, and real estate valuations (finding out what your property is worth before you get ready to sell). I do not do refinance or mortgage loan appraisals for individuals, as those appraisals have to be initiated by a bank or loan company and cannot be handled directly by the homeowner.
